The hotel's location close to the train station was perfect, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff and delicious food options that I thoroughly enjoyed.

The location was perfect and convenient, just off the Plaza Nueva, Casco Viejo, almost everything, all cafe and restaurants, ancient historical touristic sites and metro station and the theatre and in front of a cathedral and a theatre.

Well, the views were not so great here.

Everything is excellent, I really enjoyed it. The staff are outstandingly accommodating, managed the parking onsite. The location is great and stunning, just next door to Close to train station and also close to the main shopping street. When I am in Bilbao, I like staying here.

Just next door to the tapas bars in the old town. A lovely walk along the river to the Guggenheim as well as all attractions and areas of Bilbao.

It took 15 minutes by foot to reach the train station. There were marvellous breakfasts with great view and nice choises, as example and the location was great.

Located in the Old Town district, it has an unbeatable and super location close to all attractions and areas of Bilbao. the hotel is situated on the banks of the river, which divides the Old Town and provides easy access to the Guggenheim museum.

I enjoyed staying at this fancy hotel in a great location close to bars and cafés. the staff provided efficient service and the restaurant served very nice dinner.
